Our client is a dealer of heavy earthmoving equipment and supplies industries within Australia, Papua New Guinea and other Pacific Rim regions. They have an exciting opportunity for a Branch Manager to take full management responsibility for one of their operations covering administration, parts and service operations on a day-to-day basis. You will also be responsible for managing a staff of approximately 60.
As a senior member of the PNG management team you will be responsible for setting and achieving budgets, with a focus on developing and retaining a highly skilled workforce. To be considered for this role you must possess the following:
Trade qualifications
Dealership experience
Experience within the mining industry
Previous management experience
Business Management or Frontline Management qualifications would be highly regarded
This role will be offered on either a married family status residential or single status FIFO basis. Excellent conditions are offered for both married or single status.
A very attractive expatriate remuneration package is on offer including base salary + PNG Allowance + superannuation paid on base salary.
