A strong company operating in QLD and NSW are seeking a specialist Project Manager in Brisbane for an immediate role.

The organization are strong in all areas of Civil works within their Construction Division, but specialise is deep city excavation, piling and shoring and are looking for an individual with these specific skills.

Strong emphasis on quality, personal & professional development & long term client relationships means they are a long term career choice.

The company has won work in a number of locations including Brisbane and the Gold Coast and require an individual that will be able to travel to projects in such areas. Works will include earthworks and services - and the projects will be working closely with the specific clients.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager - with between 5 and 8 years experience working on Civil Projects valued over $5m - experience on civil and excavation related projects is a advantage.

You will need to be confident with

* Programming & planning works
* Managing sub-contractors
* Claims and Variations
* Managing clients expectations
