With one of their most profitable years coming to an end this market leader is only set to continue their winning streak after winning numerous public, education, health and commercial tenders. This has created an exciting opportunity for a Contracts Administrator to start immediately.

You will be:

* A well versed Contract Administrator with significant experience within large scale commercial builds.
* Experience negotiating with sub-contractors and keeping relevant colleagues up to date with project progress.
* Ability to use building software applications for job costing.
* An outstanding communicator with the ability to multi-task and keep projects on track and on budget.

Your main responsibilities will include:

* Close liaison with sub contractors and project managers.
* Conducting variations, take off's, job costing, scope of works duties and communicating project and budget updates.
* Maintaining safe working practices at all times.
* Preparing Tender packages.

Due to the Seniority of the post you will be given complete autonomy to build your own team and make decision to strategically develop the business.
