Administration Manager

Our client is an emerging and independent base metals producer. The company has an experienced management team with a track record of successfully discovering, financing, developing and operating mining projects throughout the world. They now seek the services of a Senior Administration Professional who has demonstrable remote mining and/or infrastructure experience to join their team.

As the Administration Manager, you will report to the General Manager Operations, and will lead the administration team to facilitate the achievement of organisational targets whilst ensuring safe environmental, quality and legislative requirements are met. You will not only be responsible for your department, but you will also be required to assist other departments in establishing systems and contracts in preparation for the recommencement of copper production.

You will be required to recruit staff for all administration roles including HR /IR, contracts, purchasing and warehousing, accounting and site administration. With your strong interpersonal and communications skills coupled with your drive for continuous improvement you will facilitate safety, team work and cost management.

To be considered for this role, you must hold an appropriate tertiary qualification with substantial experience in HR Management and either contracts or accounting.
