This is an outstanding opportunity for a Senior or Lead HSE Specialist to bring their expertise to a leading Perth-based organisation. The successful candidate will have a proven track record with the development, implementation, and management of HSEQ systems within an offshore construction environment. It is expected that you will be a hold a tertiary qualification in a related discipline, and hold several years experience in similar positions within the offshore oil and gas sector.
To be successful in the role you will have experience in the following:
Offshore Construction Projects
Management of Safety Cases
Evaluation of Safety Performance
Vessel Inspection
Incident Investigation
Crisis and Emergency Management
Risk Mitigation Procedure
QA/QC
Mentoring and developing HSE team members
You will have sound knowledge of all relevant legislation and industry-standard protocol. The ability to communicate through all mediums at a high level, in addition to building relationships with stakeholders including employees, subcontractors and government bodies is key to this position.
