THE ROLE
CCL has been requested by a leading Oil & Gas Energy company to provide Senior Planning Engineers. Residential 5/2 contract duration 1 year (renewable). Excellent daily rates.
THE PERSON
5-7 years oil and gas experience. Experience in Onshore and Offshore Petrochemical Projects for at least 5 years working direct or indirectly for a Major Oil Company. Experience in the preparation and implementation of procedures in a timely manner. Responsible for: Planning / supervising reporting activities. Preparing weekly Project Progress Report. Maintaining tight reporting schedule. Liaising with Planners and Engineers. Assist with expediting collection of various report input data and check / challenging. Maintaining comprehensive records of all back-up data. Ad-Hoc duties that may be required to support Offshore Project. Demonstrate personal commitment to HSE.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Engineering HND. Ability to précis incoming reports, write clear and concise outgoing reports. Previous reporting experience would be an advantage. Knowledge of MS Office. Work without supervision. Manage complex data from multiple sources. Assist management / engineers to achieve required output in both content and timing. Challenge input where necessary. Orderly and concise nature and issue all reports to the required deadlines. Fluent in written and spoken English essential.
