Our client, a Tier 2 leading contractor, is seeking a Finishing Foreman (m/f) to assist in the completion of a project.

The project, based in West Melbourne, is a refurbishment (and part new-build) of a police station. They require an individual who has previous experience in this type of environment and capacity. You will be expected to drive the various labour & trades in order to get the project completed on time and on budget. The project has approximately 5 months remaining and hence the reason for this requirement. The successful applicant will need to be driven whilst having the ability to work with the various on-site staff. The project value is $8m and you will need to have the ability to work with a project this size. You will be reporting directly to the Site Manager.

This requirement is of particular urgency. Our client are only offering a temporary contract as this project has only 5 months remaining. However, there may be opportunities to stay on contract due to the vast amount of projects they are winning.
