Our client are currently seeking a Site Manager with proven experience in the commercial sector on projects up to $8m in value. They specialise in a vast range of projects, including (but not limited to) retail, health, education, industrial, refurbishment and fit-out.

As Site Manager you will be responsible for all subcontracting trades, programming and maintaining an up to date account of project delivery and time frames. Reporting to the Project Manager you will have excellent problem solving skills and an ability to approach the role with the ability to get the best out of your people. You will be responsible for maintaining the solid reputation these contractors continue to pride themselves on. This particular project is a schools package; in conjunction with the Building Education Revolution (BER). You will be required to manage a number of these projects simultaneously, each valued at approximately $3m. Ideally, you will have previous experience on school projects.

This client has experienced a significant amount of growth of late; as a result they are increasing their workforce. They have a strong forward order book and need to ensure they have the staff to assist this.
