Contract Administrator - Urgently Required

This rapidly expanding building company are going from strength to strength. Due an ever growing portfolio of awarded contracts they are currently seeking a Contracts Administrator to join their busy project team.

You will be responsible for:

* Negotiating & letting sub-contract & supply packages
* Dealing with claims & variations
* Verification of sub-contractor claims
* Monthly cost reporting
* Liaison with Site Manager & Project Managers

To be successful in this role you will have a proven track record in contract administration, within a commercial construction environment. Your high degree of motivation and desire to succeed is essential.

This role is initially on an on-going contract, and may lead to a longer term opportunity for the successful candidate.

Due to the immediate need of our client, it is anticipated the successful candidate will be WA based. A demonstrable track record working within a similar role within a WA based commercial construction project is an essential requirement to be considered for this role.
