We are currently seeking a Civil Construction Superintendent to provide construction skills, technical expertise and supervision of the construction of new projects across Victoria, with a focus on Earthworks and Road Construction projects.

Core accountabilities in this position include; leading small teams of employees and contractors, translating technical drawings and specifications into plain work instructions which can be easily followed, sourcing of equipment and contractors as required and the preparation of daily reports.

You will be guided by stringent OH&S standards and policies and will be expected to demonstrate these behaviours at all times. As the Civil Construction Superintendent your support team will look to you for guidance on technical issues and safe work practices and you will need to participate in regular safety meetings to maintain this focus.

You will need to have strong experience with 15+ years of solid infrastructure and/or heavy civil construction experience including: structures, foundations, earthworks and road construction.

In addition to these technical abilities you must have good leadership skills, an ability to meet deadlines and possess strong communication skills as well as Commercial Acumen and a proven history of delivering projects €on time' and within budget
