Location: Libya
Lead Contracts Advisor required for operator in Libya. To start ASAP, contract duration will be 1 year. Preferably to work on a rotational basis, however, candidates can be considered on a residential basis, if preferred. At an expert level, position plans, organizes, advises and/or facilitates the strategic acquisition of materials and services using the comprehensive supply chain management strategies and tools. Required to understand and integrate complex and conflicting needs. Focus is on creating value through strategic longer term sourcing in a complex business area.
Candidates must have extensive broad based supply chain management experience. Must have considerable knowledge depth in one or more business areas of the organization and some leadership experience. Good experience in leading team.
