Human Resource Executive
(Terengganu - Kemaman)
Responsibilities:
* Provide human resource support to the operations of the Company in Kemaman by assisting in delivering the group HR agenda to their businesses.
* To liaise with HR in HQ office on day to day operations such as recruitment of staff, staff’s transfer, re-designation, confirmation (letter of recommendation), resignation, exit clearance and to ensure all relevant documents are completed for submission to HQ office.
* Focal point for offshore staff based in Kemaman on any HR related issues and direct to the respective department for solution, if needed.
* To assist in communication of any new implementation of compensation and benefits policies.
* Maintain all offshore and onshore staff personal files records and human resource documentations, in an organized and easily accessible manner.
* Assist in coordinating any ad hoc HR events or special projects as and when required.
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
* 3 years of working experience as Human Resource Generalist.
* Well versed in Labour Laws and other local statutory legislation.
* Excellent command of written and spoken English & Bahasa Malaysia.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and able to communicate well both written and verbal.
* Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Able to communicate effectively with all levels of management and external parties.
* Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and SAP system experience is an added advantage.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Kemaman.
