We are specialist in curtain walling, cladding, glass & aluminium works, we invite self-motivated and dedicated individuals to join us for the following position:

Quantity Surveyor
(Selangor - Subang Jaya)

Responsibilities:
* To prepare monthly project progress claim
* To prepare and check the Sub-contractors’ monthly claims
* Responsible for site measurement
* To coordinate with contractor and site personnel
* Responsible for tender costing and tender documentation
* To handle all inquiries of quotation
* Responsible for taking off quantities, variation orders and project cost control
* Filing and other documentations management

Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
* Minimum 1 year experience in pre and post contract administration
* Knowledge in Project Contract
* Experience in aluminium work costing preferred
* Knowledge and experience in aluminium industry is an added advantage
* Able to work independently and travel to site for valuation
* Able to start work immediately will be added advantage
* Full-Time position available

We offer a competitive compensation package at market rates based on experience.

Interviews will be conducted in Puchong.
