Site Supervisor
(Kuala Lumpur - May require travelling to oversea & outstation when required.)
Responsibilities:
Prepare report on work progress
To lead, coordinate and control workers
To supervise all construction works at site
To monitor and follow up on the progress of works at site
To coordinate and monitor the delivery of materials on time
To coordinate and monitor subcontractor’s activities at project site
Attend site meetings and highlight problems or defects with consultants
To ensure that all works carried out are in accordance to the drawings, specifications, construction plan, procedures, work instructions, etc
To implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions and safety practices as relevant and required by the quality management system
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
* Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Project, AutoCad.
* Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese
* At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Applicants must be willing to work in May require travelling to oversea & outstation when required.
* Posses own transportation.
* Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
* 2 Full-Time positions available.
