We are an established construction company and in view of our company expansion, we would like to invite applications from qualified and experienced candidates for the following position(s):

Receptionist / General Clerk
(Kuala Lumpur)

Responsibilities:
* General receptionist job;
* Answering calls & filter calls and taking messages or refers elsewhere if necessary;
* To handle visitors while they report in Reception;
* General administrative clerical works such as postage, arranging despatch and couriers, filing and other ad-hoc duties as and when required;
* Be the positive first impression of the organization;
* To assist other departments as and when necessary;
* To preserve confidentiality of sensitive information at all times;

Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, any field.
* Good spoken & written in English and Malay. Able to speak Mandarin is an added advantage.
* Fresh Graduates are welcome.
* Those applicants with cheerful and energetic personality will be given priority.
* Well presented, articulate and organised.
* Good communication skills and have the ability to accept and deliver detail information.
* Computer literate.
