Do you have a consuming passion for Urban Development ……..

Our Client is an Australian-owned professional services consultancy providing strategic business solutions and delivery services. Operating in a diverse range of industries across the public and private sector, such as Urban and Subdivision Planning, Property Acquisition and sales, they combine innovative thinking, commerciality and technical know how to provide leading edge project delivery up to managing multi-million dollar building, construction and infrastructure projects

They are seeking a talented Civil Engineer with Land Development and Sydney Water experience to strengthen their delivery capability.

Your duties, should you be successful, would be to represent the Client to best advantage in the delivery of development of multiple hundred lot subdivisions, and

* Conclude any outstanding DA and CC issues with the LGA
* Conceptualise and plan the construction of Subdivisions
* Manage the formulation of Tender and Contract documentation
* Be responsible for Contractor identification and prequalification
* Finalise and handover the overall Development with all parties
* plus a possible myriad of others such as relationship, time, cost, quality, safety, & environment management

You should be entrepreneurial, have excellent communication skills and have had experience in roads and drainage construction.
