The Position

Reporting directly to the Queensland Construction Manager you will be solely responsible for the running of the entire Cost Planning department as a whole. Having worked on previous projects in the commercial sector your experience will lie in high rise buildings, being commercial and or residential. The value of the projects that are currently under way in the build section is well into the Billions of dollars. As the number 1 Cost Planner you will have an abundance of expertise to bring to the table and you will be familiar with all aspects of Quantity Surveying, Estimation and Cost Planning. Ideally you will be degree qualified and have a solid 5 8 years of experience to bring to the leading organization.
