Reputable fast pased construction contractor looking for an experienced Contracts Administrator. High end salary on offer - Great Company Culture.

Our client has held a prominent place in the construction industry for over 15 years.

Constructing numerous projects to the value of $10 - $20Mil, they have successfully constructed commercial, aged care, hospitality, industrial, residential and community/government all across Sydney.

Requirements

* 7 years+ Contract Administration experience.
* Degree or Trade qualification desired.
* Experience in accounting packages like CHEOPS or Jobpac.
* Experience and strong knowledge of procurement and cost plans/reports.
* Successfully worked on projects valuing up to $10M.
* Strong commercial contracts experience.
* Client liaison & negotiation skills.
* Proven track record for working for reputable companies.
