POSITION DESCRIPTION: As SAP IS-OIL functional consultant, the candidate will be tasked to perform production support and enhancements for Finance & Treasury functionalities within the Hydrocarbon Management System (HCM). The candidate will also be in charge of support for domestic and export sales Pricing and Billing, Accounting, Credit Management, Cash Management, JV Purchases/Sales and Bunker Subsidy. As a systems architect, the candidate will assume the role of primary system integrator and responsible for configuration.
SELECTION CRITERIA: The analyst must be knowledgeable in SAP Sales, Delivery, SAP SD & IS Oil Billing, SAP SD & TD Shipments, TSW Nomination & Ticketing, SD & IS Oil Pricing, IS Oil Silo Management, IS Oil Quantity Conversion Interface. The consultant should be certified SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) Consultant and certified ASAP Consultant (SAP Implementation Methodology) and knowledge of Solution Manager is desirable. Bachelor's Degree in one of the following disciplines: Computer Science, Engineering, Physical Sciences, Mathematics, Finance or Business Administration. Approximately 12 years industrial work experience. At least 10 of these years in EDP systems analysis, programming, hardware selection and software implementation. Ability to write and present concise, well-organized reports and speeches in language appropriate either to fellow professionals or laymen. Some command of Arabic is useful, but not required.

Key functions supported by the unit are; Accounting, Credit Management, Cash Management, Pricing, Billing, Aramco Documentation, Terminal & Pipeline ticketing, Proration & Delivery ticketing, Ship/Shore Comparison & Ship release, JV Purchases/Sales and Bunker Subsidy.
