Position Description: This engineering specialist will be involved in developing the APM (Asset Performance Management) initiative covering the area of material and corrosion. He will be responsible for operating plants focus integrity assessment covering all Saudi Aramco facilities to insure the integrity of the equipment and management systems. Primary duties include review and update of engineering standards, developing new or improving existing work processes, developing KPIs, competency, roles and responsibilities for the corrosion discipline work process. Also he will be involved in monitoring the integrity performance of the operating plants and provide a consultancy support on integrity management system to improve their performance. Development and deployment of new technologies and tools that will help improving the pant integrity and provide continuous training and awareness.

Minimum Requirement: MS degree in Metallurgy or Corrosion Engineering with a minimum of 15 years experience, preferred in serving oil, gas or petrochemical plants. Good background and experience on the plant integrity improvement and assessment. On hand experience with the Asset Performance Management implementation, monitoring and improvement. Experience on oil and gas corrosion mitigation, troubleshooting and failure analysis. Experience with the asset performance management implementation, monitoring and improvement. Comments: Inspection Department (ID) is charged with the corporate responsibility for Inspection of materials and equipments purchased, and equipments and facilities constructed for Saudi Aramco. The incumbent will be assigned to ID's Operations Inspection Division (OID), which ensures the integrity and effectiveness of operating plants and facilities through continuous monitoring and consultations.
