MINE MANAGER - Open Pit. $275k - $249k GM prospects...

The last 12 months has seen the establishment of a new mining department, mobilisation of mining contractor and recruitment of technical staff. Your role from here:

• Three direct reports across two technical areas
• Technical Services team currently stands at 20
• 50/50 break of Engineers and Geos
• Plant has recently been recommissioned 
• Ramp up towards full production by mid-2012
• Needs should increase this team two-fold
• Exploration team of around 25
• Potential exploration permits covering over 200 km2
• LOM will strengthen beyond current 30 years
• 130 contractor staff on site
• Total workforce therefore in range of 200-250
