Qualifications

 All candidates must meet the following minimum requirements in order to be considered for this Engineering opportunity.  Candidates who exceed minimum qualifications may be considered for a higher level position.   

• A minimum of 10 years experience in a fast paced, challenging manufacturing environment, with a minimum high school diploma or GED.
• Has a "hands-on" approach: proven experience that shows candidate is willing to jump in to perform detailed tasks.
• High levels of analytical ability dealing with unique problem sets.
• Experience with operation of machine tool equipment (lathe, mill, drill, etc.)
• Experience with automation and control systems.
• Experience working with chemicals and waste water treatment.
• Experience in fluid distribution system or process piping design.
• Experience with implementation of gage tracking and CMMS software programs. 

• Ability to develop strong interpersonal networks within the organization.
• Experience in continuous flow, repetitive and project based manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of ISO 14001.
• Strong oral & written English language communication skills.
• Proficient in the use of a range of software programs. (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, MS Office)
• Good interpersonal skills. Able to relate to & communicate with all levels.
• Travel up to 25%
