A leading service provider is seeking an Asset Manager/Maintenance Planner to  providing strategic asset management direction and guidance to the contract teams and subcontractors engaged to deliver operational services. The role requires proactively identifying risks and communicating the risks including proposed solutions.

You will be accountable for:

• Asset management

• Coordination of planned preventative maintenance

• Monitor planned downtime activities

• Stakeholder management and ongoing monitoring of asset management strategy

• Assist with preparation of operations and capital expenditure budgets

• Prepare reports on financials and operations

• Manage lifecycle programs

The successful candidate will hold an engineering qualification, preferably mechanical or electrical. You will have previous experience in an Asset management role ideally across multiple sites within a facilities service provider environment. You must have proven ability in stakeholder management and solid financial acumen.
A Victorian Driver's License and your own vehicle will be required for this position.
