The Role
   
Reporting to the Support & Service Delivery Manager you will be part of a large scale ERP functional consulting team providing support and training to an extensive client portfolio across Australia. This is a consulting role with a variation of tasks and duties, where you will be required to gather business requirements, implement software, run training workshops and conduct both phone based and on-site support. You will be required to provide professional, solutions based ERP systems consulting to a vast array of clients. 
   
Essential Skills & Experience:
   
Previous experience as a functional ERP consultant with 4++ years experience.
   
Ideally experience with tier 1,2 or 3 ERP software like MS Dynamics, Peoplesoft, SAP B1, BaaN, Sage, JD Edwards, Oracle specifically the accounting modules and
managing multiple stakeholder engagement. 
   
Excellent client facing presentation, written and verbal communication skills.  

Experience gathering functional requirements.
   
A highly driven professional who is focused on client services and support.

   
Desirable Skills & Experience:
   
Accounting knowledge and experience would be highly advantageous.

Previous background in training individuals or groups.
