Crushing Services International (CSI), a subsidiary of MRL, is a leading contract crushing provider, tailoring world-class build-own-operate crushing, screening and processing plants for major mining clients. This includes designing and manufacturing of major mineral processing facilities, ensuring commissioning and providing on-site operation and maintenance. An exciting and rewarding opportunity exists for a professional Electrical Director to manage the overall performance of Crushing Services International’ s Electrical Division. The Electrical Director will be accountable for management, leadership and direction across all facets of construction, maintenance and engineering with a direct influence over design, fabrication and implementation. The primary responsibilities of the Electrical Director are;

• Overall responsibility for the delivery of projected electrical objectives
• Oversee the effective management and the successful, timely completion of electrical scopes of work
• Manage all senior electrical staff to ensure their duties are carried out in accordance with company objectives
• Assist with developing professional depth within the electrical business unit including mentoring if required
• Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and ensure agreed objectives for future and current projects are achieved
• Carry out client reviews and attend briefings
• Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders and keep internal stakeholders regularly informed on status

 To be successful in this position it is envisaged that you possess:

• Tertiary qualifications in Electrical Engineering or Trade qualification
• Solid management experience across electrical construction, operations and maintenance
• Strong operational experience including financial accountability and reporting and experience in developing and implementing business strategies and plans
• Experience in project and contract management, coupled with a strong commercial acumen
• Positive leadership skills and ability to build a strong and cohesive team
• High level of PC literacy with various packages (AutoCAD, Microsoft Office and MS Project)
• Experience in the crushing, mineral processing, materials handling or heavy industrial industries
