Our Water/Wastewater Treatment Project Management jobs provide you the opportunity to manage multiple small to mid-sized design/build projects, while contributing to client development activities. Each day, you will be the face of CH2M HILL as you become the lead contact for our clients and provide project management, project development, and technical leadership to multi-discipline teams assembled to bring innovative
solutions to industrial water/wastewater challenges. You should be a self-motivated professional with 15 years of successful project management experience and have a desire to grow professionally as well as personally with each project management job.
Our Industrial Water/Wastewater Treatment Project Managers:
• Deliver design and consulting projects involving industrial water/wastewater for the refining, chemical and petrochemical industries providing project management, business development and technical leadership to multi-discipline teams to bring innovative solutions to industrial water/wastewater challenges
• Ensure the best technical and business solutions for our client and integrating industrial, subject matter and service expertise, providing front line to risk management for our company
• Serve as primary interface between client's project team and consulting team, conveying technical, schedule, and financial information in a timely and professional manner
• Perform project performance and budget monitoring & reporting (internally and externally)
• Drive ownership of health & safety in all aspects of project execution, office and personal environments
• Services supported include water/wastewater treatment technology, permitting and compliance
• Contribute to client development activities through commercial and project execution input on proposals and in client presentations
• Well known and broadly respected by strategic clients, and nationally within the wastewater professional community

Basic Qualifications:
BS in Chemical, Environmental or Civil Engineering
• 10 years proven competency in delivering consulting, treatability and conceptual design projects.
• 8 years sound understanding of business principles of consulting projects and related project delivery tools and metrics
• 8 years of technical understanding of the driving regulations and technologies for treating industrial wastewater in the chemical/petrochemical/refining industries
• 8 years experience in written and verbal communication of project plans and presentations
• Adept at interpersonal relationship building and conflict resolution
• Must be willing to travel up to 50%
