As a Senior/Lead Structural Engineer- you know you will be responsible for managing the current team, preparing tenders, interacting with clients, analysis and design, etc.

In this new position that has been created due to an increase in work load, you will:

• Get involved with increasing the staff compliment by 30% to meet an enhancement with their project portfolio. 


• Incorporate Business Development in your role, with the aim of expanding current market share within the gold, nickel and copper mining projects.


• Develop and maintain strong relationships with industry leading clients 


• Design of multimillion dollar resource projects, initally across gold and copper.

Prospects – This company's main objective for you is to move into a Project Leader/Principal role. This opportunity could come to you as soon as three months. As the company is currently going through a total restructure, you'll need to be in that role as soon as possible, so you can have a direct impact on the rest of the company.  

• Managable Structural Team of 5. Grow to 9 by December 2012

Ideally you will have 5 - 10 years experience. At least 5 in the local market.
