This is a Senior level role whereby you will be responsible for the supervision of large and small scale maintenance works on Rail projects across various sites in Tasmania.

This company are a major force in the Tasmanian construction market and have a good share of the works across the civil, mining and rail sectors. They offer an exceptional work environment that values the individual and rewards hard work.

Reporting directly to the Rail Operations Manager, you will have a dual role combining supervision of delivery on site with Project Management duties to ensure the implementation of progams and strategies is balanced with cost control, project planning and procurement.

You will assist the PM team in managing construction plans, assist in the procurement of subcontractors, assist in project controls, as well as manage and direct foreman and rail staff on site.

The successful candidate must have the following:

 - significant experience in a construction environment working on rail projects
 - Supervisory experience on site 
 - 10 years+ working for a Contractor
 - ideally engineering qualifications and/or Project Management experience 

Ideally you will already be living in Tasmania but relocation assistance may be considered for the right candidate. You must be able to start work within 4-6 weeks.

Pkg paid will be up to $130k plus super plus car.
