Barclay Recruitment is currently representing a leading engineering consultancy which has established a solid reputation for providing high calibre services and personnel to its clients. An increase in demand for their services due to their expertise in the resources sector has led to an immediate need for an additional Senior Contracts Administrator to work on site in Central Queensland.

This role requires a combination of highly developed contract administration skills and sound knowledge and experience of infrastructure construction projects in either the Mining or Oil and Gas sectors. This is a 6 month contract position with potential to run long term and represents an outstanding opportunity to work for a progressive and dynamic consultancy.

You must have:

• Relevant degree level qualifications
• Previous experience in a heavy industry or resources infrastructure construction environment
• Significant expertise in managing contracts, subcontracts, contractual claims, delays  and variations
• Highly developed client facing communication and negotiation skills
