Position DescriptionWe are looking for and EHS Manager, Rolling Mill to provide and deploy Alcoa EHS Systems and standards for the Ma'aden Alcoa Project at the greenfield rolling mill in Ras al-Khair, Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities include:
• Provide EHS leadership to new project development, screening design, constructions and operational controls
• Provide oversight to the implementation of strategies to assure the location meets or exceeds Alcoa standards
• Establish and maintain systems to ensure critical EHS deliverables are secured in a timely manner enabling cost effective project execution and start-up.Basic QualificationsQualifications include:
• Minimum of 10 years experience
• Bachelor’s degree in EHS, engineering or natural sciences
