Skill Requirements:
Education: Completion of high school
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Heavy Equipment Operator Trade Certification, Air Brake (Z) Endorsement
Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years
Languages: Speak English, Read English, Write English
Type of Heavy Equipment Operated: Backhoe excavator, loader, Front end loader, Loader
Type of Work Experience: Fine grading and finishing, Landscaping, Excavating, Land clearing, Stock piling, Stripping, Material handling
Work Setting / Industry Experience: Surface mining
Specific Skills: Operate heavy equipment, Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment
Additional Skills: Complete onboard and other logs
Security and Safety: Driving record check (abstract)
