Job description:

Focus on operational production. Specifically managing the contractor team of up to 110 on site. Build beyond your current production, scheduling and short term planning skills.

Plus; -

Drill and blast design
Extend into the medium term and get exposure into long term planning
Influence operations systems through regular reporting back to management.

Reporting to the Operations Manager who has a wealth of international and local experience, you can expect to be mentored and supported, but without stripping your autonomy.

8/6 FIFO roster from Adelaide or any other capital city. ASX listed company with a strong focus on career succession and progression.

You will bring a minimum of 2 years’ post-grad experience. Tertiary qualification in Mining Engineering also required. A SA QM ticket or the ability to get one would put you ahead.
