This organization is globally recognised for engineering and technical excellence. They are seeking an experienced Control Systems Engineer to join their Resources and Manufacturing service group and work on a number of large scale mining infrastructure projects.
  
The Role:

• Work on projects ranging from small start up facilities through to major engineering, procurement and EPCM projects.
• Projects include bulk materials handling, mine, rail, seaboard import and export terminals, and associated marine.
• Assume responsibility for management of medium and large scale projects. This will include: cost estimates, tender submissions, technical documentation, project scheduling and meeting deadlines and budgets.
• Be noted as a technical expert in an area of Engineering or exhibit proven project management skills.
• Interact with internal and external clients at middle to senior levels.

Responsibilities:

• Recognised tertiary qualification in Electrical engineering
• Eligibility for chartered membership of Engineers Australia and RPEQ
• Significant experience in control and instrumentation systems in the mining industry gained through either design or project engineering roles
• You will be an expert in most control systems with extensive experience in DCS, PLC and SCADA systems
• Proven ability to deliver appropriate engineering solutions within the specified time frame
• The ability to work with minimal supervision
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
