*Display independence in scheduling and completing work tasks
*Be able to make decisions of moderate complexity with less frequent input and review from senior staff
*Be able to manage larger and more complex projects with less senior staff supervision
*Provide technical direction and supervise quality and quantity of work to junior and intermediate staff
*Responsible for completion of reports, documents, and proposals with senior review
*Be a role model and mentor for other junior staff
*Be able to regularly contribute to the group or team goals, management and planning
*Be able to motivate and encourage junior and intermediate staff to achieve results
*Meet regularly with clients and manage their expectations
