Aker Solutions in Egersund work within the offshore field development and modification marked, and specializes in building modules and subsea-installations . We need highly motivated individuals who can strengthen our team and support our ambitious growth plans within the modules and subsea market.

Responsibilities and tasks

• Provide expertise on contractual matters, in tendering, contracting, subcontracting and procurement, for the company’s project and basis activities.
• Draft contractual input for tenders, enquiries, subcontracts, variations and claims
• Develop and manage use of risk management tools to enable achievement of company’s goals
• Keep up to date with developments in law, contract and Aker Solutions Business Norms which affect the company’s activities.

Qualifications & personal attributes

• Higher education in legal, business management and/or engineering
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Independent, structured, systematic and accurate approach
• Initiative taking Command of Norwegian and English, both written and spoken
