Currently recruiting for:  Town Office/ Senior Manager Reliability-PRB/SW

Job Description:

• Develop and implement, across the division (PRB & SW), a condition based monitoring program using established reliability tools and processes that includes work processes, reporting and analysis, and assessment tools 
• Develop and sustain a team of reliability specialist, and condition monitoring technicians across sites at functioning at both strategic and tactical levels 
• Develop and maintain effective networks ensuring effective collaboration with support, maintenance, and operational staff 
• Develop people to conduct effective Reliability review meetings, Root Cause Analysis sessions, Defect Elimination session, etc. 
• Provide mentoring and coaching in Reliability principles 
• Drive the successful implementation of Reliability improvement initiatives through providing the necessary support and resources in collaboration with other departments 
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration across participating sites and the group 
• Development and implementation of strategies for improving equipment reliability and process reliability 
• Improve utilization of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) principles in identification of root causes and development of solutions by all levels in the organization 
• Monitor and quantify reliability cost savings, increased production and /or equipment life cycle costs in a standardized format 
• Monitor and utilize charts and graphs to identify and analyze losses to prioritize opportunities for improvement and track performance of the departments 
• Provide assistance to Maintenance teams with processes for effective critical spares analysis, PM Optimization, Maintenance Task Analysis, condition monitoring, hydrocarbon management and general reliability-related projects 
• Develop, implement and monitor KPI”s and leading indicators of reliability performance to track and drive continuous improvement 
• Verify planned reliability improvement work through field observations and assessments 
• Provide clarity and consistency around equipment condition assessments. 
• Identify industry Best Practices and review current site activities and performance against best practice standards, identifying high priority improvement opportunities 
• Implementation of a suite of Best Practice standards covering operations, maintenance and reliability 
• Provide technical support, training, and coaching to operations and maintenance professional on the standard asset management initiatives.
