Aker Solutions’ Pumps & Production Control Systems department is based at Ågotnes outside Bergen, and is responsible for execution of Aker Subsea installations in the North Sea. We need highly motivated individuals that have relevant experience from project planning, and can strengthen our team and support our ambitious plans within the Sub-Sea market
We are looking for: 1 Planner / 1 Senior planner
• Manage the day to day work load of the planning function to the assigned project/area team and be responsible for the quality and timely delivery of the service. • Undertake the planning and resource loading for the assigned work scope(s), giving proactive, effective advice on the feasibility of plans, the impact of any changes and any required mitigating actions. • Assessing risk to delivery of schedules, recommending risk reducing actions where required in order to gain better confidence of on time delivery. • Undertake lead planning roles in projects. Coordinating planning interfaces between work packs, supporting the project managers with guidance and advice on required proactive and mitigating actions whilst ensuring the accurate status throughout all work scopes. • Reporting
• Relevant college / university education • Experience with planning • Experience with SAP or other ERP system • Good teamwork and communications skills • Have a significant demand for initiative and cooperation skills
