Aker Solutions’ Pumps & Production Control Systems department is based at Ågotnes outside Bergen, and is responsible for execution of Aker Subsea installations in the North Sea. We need highly motivated individuals that have relevant experience from Subsea installations and are familiar with equipment and installation processes, and can strengthen our team and support our ambitious plans within the Sub-Sea market
We are looking for: Group Manager, Pumps and Boosting
• Manage and supervise Project managers within the group to secure performance in project. • Keep updated forecasts and plans for all projects within the group, in collaboration with BD/ planning department. • Responsible for profit and loss • Allocate personnel to projects and tasks • Control over budget (RUP) and report deviations • Authorise time sheets and travel expenses • Assist Department manager with regularly reporting • Live up to inter-department agreements • Ensure understanding of HSE standards, model HSE behaviours, minimize accidents. • Enhance client satisfaction on all products, services and relationship with company. • Frequently audit team’s work, checking for quality, ensuring team and client expectations are met.
• Engineering degree • Management skills • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with progressively increasing responsibilities, including planning and executing oil & gas engineering or construction projects of various sizes and scope, preferably sub sea applications. • Computer proficiency • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written in Norwegian and English).
