Based in the ACT, my client is a global multidisciplinary  consultancy  that is seeking a Senior Environmental Engineer to join the environmental group. The consultancy is Australian owned and specialists in land contamination, remediation, geotechnical engineering, soil testing and drilling, chemicals, occupational health and safety.     With considerable experience in the Australian market, this consultancy has established itself as a specialist provider of engineering solutions. Its national network of offices ensures that projects remain varied and interesting.    Working within a team, your role will involve conducting assessments of contaminated land sites and developing appropriate remediation technologies and producing reports.     The ideal candidate will be experienced in the assessment of soil and groundwater contamination and the associated report writing. In addition, the ability to work on a number of projects simultaneously and liaise with a range of stakeholders will be highly advantageous.    This position offers the successful candidate an immediate opportunity to work with a very successful multinational consultancy and an opportunity to develop their project management skills with the outlook to move into a project management role, if desired by the candidate.
