Senior Exploration Geologist, Northern Idaho
Geotemps is seeking a Senior Geologist with extensive precious metals experience in exploration and production geologist. The successful candidate will have 10 years or more of related experience and possess the necessary skills to integrate historic surface and underground exploration and mining data to develop and advance exploration targets to resource.
Candidate must be computer literate. Knowledge of MineSight, ESRI and AutoCAD is required. Considerable experience in management of diamond drilling programs, data compilation and interpretation, management of geological databases, planning and budgeting, and executing projects of a regional scope through to feasibility is required.
This role requires a very organized, high energy individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. This candidate should also have excellent knowledge and understanding of precious metal ore deposits.
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Geology, Geological Engineering, or a related discipline is required. In addition to 10+ years of related experience, the candidate will have a proven track record of moving properties forward towards feasibility and advanced development.
