Senior Instrumentation & Control Engineer - Water/Wastewater

Our client is a leading global engineering firm looking to expand on their electrical team in Brisbane by appointing a Senior Instrumentation, Control and Automation Engineer to lead the Queensland operations and provide additional support to the design needs of Asia Pacific projects. 

This firm are world leaders in infrastructure consulting. Although their works cross a range of disciplines, predominantly their strength and successful lies in wet infrastructure (water/wastewater) across multiple industries i.e. oil & gas, mining, engineering etc.
 
Currently ranked in the top 50 largest consultants in the world, their global turnover last year was circa billion US$, with similar levels forecast for 2012.
 
The Senior Instrumentation, Control and Automation Engineer will be responsible to lead the Queensland operations and design elements and to liaise with other relevant team members and disciplines through the design process during proposals, initial and detailed design.

Specification

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering
• Chartered (CEng) or professional registration would be an advantage
• Circa 8-10 years professional experience from an engineering consulting background in I&C
• Full technical and support competency with the ability to maintain high professional standard in the field of Electrical Engineering and I&C
• Experienced level of client service management and interfacing.
• Experience and knowledge of water/wastewater projects within a similar capacity.
• Recent/current Australian experience would be preferred

Salaries will be reviewed on an individual basis ranging from $140,000 - $200,000 package.
