The incumbent will provide leadership, supervision and technical proficiency to the maintenance team. The process plant is designed to treat 800,000 tonnes per annum, producing gold and silver concentrates via crushing, SAG milling, flotation and filtration.   To be Successful The Electrical Maintenance Supervisor must have the following experience and skills; · A minimum of 10 years’ experience in a minerals processing facility. · High voltage, Motor Control and some knowledge of instrumentation, Scada and PLCs · A proven track record in a supervisory role, preferably with a minimum of five years supervisory experience. · Must be self-motivated and be able to effectively supervise, mentor and motivate his or her team. · Complete work to a high standard and incorporate sound maintenance practice. · Good written and oral presentation skills are essential. · Proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook programs is required, along with integrated information management packages such as Pronto. · Effective troubleshooting skills and ability to drive continuous improvement

Currently in a Construction phase, the site anticipates approximately 200 people including contractors, reducing to roughly 140 staff for Operations.   This is a Drive in/ Drive out site with the majority of employees living in Townsville or the Bowen region. Transport is provided from major centres.
