Your tasks

• work with project teams within marketing and product development and gather input regarding new features and application of new products on an early development stage and use  this knowledge in developing training material
• plan, organize and carry out courses via our e-learning portal, hands-on training and local workshops
• cooperate with product managers, project managers, project development and Business Segments manager in order to create and deliver training concepts in for the Food & Beverage Industry.
• manage process of designing and manufacturing training panels in cooperation with internal teams and external vendors

Your profile

• Knowledge about F&B (beverage) systems and frequency converters
• Process (brewing/mixing/baking etc) & utilities knowledge (boilers/refrigeration/water treatment etc) as well as knowledge about the basics of conveying, filling & packaging systems (mechanical and electrical)
• Experience in understanding of line layouts and in mechanical drive systems
• Servo Motion capabilities like:
  • being able to understand a servo motion solution, drive + motor sizing, including use of gear boxes
  • understanding of different operation modes like positioning, caming, synchronizing, event mode
  • programming capabilities in IEC61131 languages, preferably experience with CoDeSys programming system
• being able to organize and conduct training activities, ideally teaching experience and good communication skills; fluency in German and English language as well as willingness to travel 60-80 days/year
