• A Full $120M Copper Upgrade with 3x commissioned Coal projects, Gold-Copper project ($425M).


• Vendor Interaction - Client interface,


• Electrical design, review schematics, specifications and selection of instruments.


• Detailed design and technical evaluations for HV variable speed drives, HV switchgear and transformers.

• Accountable for the electrical engineering discipline (10 engineers)


• Responsible for project delivery of a large portfolio of projects in a Copper, Gold and Iron Ore environment.


• Technical design and projects execution.


• Project Controls – EPCM Estimating, TIC Estimating, Cost Management, Project Scheduling


• Project Portfolio Management; Interface management and owner’s team representation


• Detail Engineering & Design; Construction Management & Commissioning

• Full-cycle EPCM work at this mid-sized consultancy in Perth; predominantly Iron Ore focused.


• Significantly involved in the EPCM team for the design phase prior to working on site as a key member of the commissioning team (serving as electrical point of contact for design queries).


• Working jointly with vendors, designers and Commissioning Manager.


• HV / LV cable sizing, cable layouts, MCC/Substation/Control Panel design, Protection Grading Study, Motor Protection Relay testing, Vendor liaison, FAT, SAT.
