Our client is a specialist Electrical Engineering company which services the Heavy Industrial Mining and Petrochemical industries. They have a solid 20 year history and reputation amongst a broad range of clients and are seeking an Engineering Manager for a new role to assist in the future growth of the business.

You will be joining a small team with a flat structure of technical drafting and Electrical Engineers that work across a large number of areas covering power systems and LV/MV MCC across maintenance, upgrade and brownfield projects. They provide the full range of Consultation, Project Management, Equipment overhaul, fixed and mobile plant, drawing and drafting.

You will be responsible for leading a team of engineers, managing projects all the way through from quoting to delivering projects and liaising with the client. Your input into the business will be extremely valuable and your new idea ‘add value’ business ideas, system improvement and leadership of teams for growth will be embraced.

It is essential that you possess;

• Degree Qualification Electrical Engineering


• At least 5 years experience working in an engineering firm


• Demonstrated leadership and/or management experience

This is an exciting role for an engineer who would like to progress quickly into a management role. This opportunity would suit an engineer who is a self starter and would really like to see results and the rewards directly correlated to their individual impact.
