Must have 3 to 5 years experience in the maintenance of heavy industrial equipment (mining experience highly preferred) and be familiar with hydraulic electrical diesel and mechanical systems. Current MSHA electrical certification and underground electrical work experience highly preferred and must possess demonstrated troubleshooting ability. In addition to the requirements listed above all supervisors must have a genuine commitment to safety in the workplace excellent attendance strong communication interpersonal skills and the ability to train lead and mentor frontline employees and be flexible to work any underground shift.
