Maintenance Foreman Role:

§   The management of maintenance for all Wolverine machinery and equipment in order to ensure respective fleets are maintained in a safe and reasonable manner to meet the needs of the business.

§  Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of all mine operations personnel to optimize utilization of resources;

§  Ensuring 100% availability of equipment;

§  Ensuring 100% utilization of available equipment; and

§  Minimize equipment downtime.

Required:

• A minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience in an open pit mining environment;
• Analytical and problem solving skills;
• Literacy skills including the ability to read manuals and regulatory requirements;
• Effective verbal and listening communication skills;
• Computer skills include use of Microsoft Software packages
• Stress and time management skills.
