Job description:

Reporting to the CHPP Manager, you will be accountable for providing leadership and direction for the CHPP production teams, safe and efficient processing of coal, optimising overall plant efficiency and management of the production budgets.

We are seeking a proven performer with team performance management skills, success in delivering results and a genuine desire to meet or exceed targets through the outputs of our team.

With a relevant trade or engineering qualification and a minimum of 3 yrs experience in a similar role you will be committed to our people, their health and safety and continuous improvement.

Your strong interpersonal and communication skills as well as your energy and decisiveness will make you a highly valued leader in our team.
