Due to a number of new and exciting opportunities, we are seeking suitably qualified and highly motivated individuals to fill the role of Operations Manager..
Responsibilities:
Development and implementation of projects in terms of quantity, timing, costs, according to customer requirements.
Planning, directing and coordinating the operations and projects according to plans, policies and strategies established to achieve the operational objectives and development targets.
Building on the different business processes, the highest value at the lowest cost, through an efficient monitoring and implementation of continuous improvement.
Identify and develop business opportunities and project proposals and / or contracts with customers.
Review and approve proposals and implementation plans for each of the projects and / or contracts with customers.
Responsible for managing, coordinating and managing projects in various stages.
Promotion of new projects that allow for greater diversification and differentiation.
Requirements:
15 years related in engineering projects, construction and previous experience in Operations Management.
5 years experience in similar positions (Management)
Excellent negotiation skills and business relationships.
Knowledge and experience in international technical standards required for the industry.
Knowledge of integrated control systems and project control.
Financial management, budget planning and control of project profitability.
Management and leadership of multidisciplinary teams.
English and Spanish language skills – required.
