Golder Associates Inc. is currently seeking aSenior Water Treatment Engineerfor theRedmond, Washingtonoffice.

Responsibilities

Candidate will work on a wide variety of wastewater treatment related projects involving mining, remediation and industrial effluent treatment. They will lead the evaluation and selection of preferred water treatment alternatives, analyze water quality data, perform conceptual and detailed process design calculations and analyses, participate in detailed design of water treatment facilities, prepare detailed engineering reports and documents, and support environmental permitting efforts. The candidate will also be responsible for building a treatment practice in the Redmond office, including developing business opportunities, preparation of proposals, presentations to potential clients, and negotiations of contracts, in addition to building the appropriate treatment team and/or collaborating with our Denver and Burnaby treatment teams. Candidates will serve in a Project Management role with direct responsibility for cost control, schedule control, and client interaction. 
Job Requirements:

10 years minimum experience in managing the evaluation and design of advanced water treatment facilities for mining, remediation, and industrial effluent treatment applications. MS in chemical, mechanical or environmental engineering required. PE preferred.
